Where the platform's website sits in the Tranco list of the most visited sites, against its peers. The scale is logarithmic, so the gap from #100 to #1,000 looks the same as from #1,000 to #10,000.
How it is calculated
Ranks come from the Tranco list, a research ranking that averages several traffic sources over 30 days to resist manipulation (dev/platform_data.py). It ranks the top million domains; platforms whose domain is not in it are left out. A platform that runs on a shared domain gets that domain's rank.
